I was totally impressed by the courtesy of all of the staff I interacted with at Access Auto. On top of that they did great work, in a timely fashion, for a fair price and took the time to help me understand and prioritize the work need for my vehicle. I appreciate the extra touches (easy shuttle drop off and pick up, my name on a welcome sign, coffee in a clean & comfortable waiting room) almost as much as I appreciate FINALLY finding an automotive shop that treats people well and does impeccable work.
