Rob Music - Owner
Rob has been repairing cars and trucks since he was a young man. A graduate of the NAIT school of automotive technicians, Rob has owned Access Automotive since 1997.
In his spare time, Rob is a member of Toastmaster international and enjoys telling stories and teaching others. He is also an avid squash player, playing in the Edmonton Squash League through the winters.
Gina Music - Owner
Gina has been with our team since 1997. She is our bookkeeper and handles all office manager duties. Formally known as the official "Bean Counter" (this is what Rob calls her). Gina drives the shuttle van and adores the many conversations with all our wonderful clients. "I enjoy working at Access Automotive because of our great co-workers/team and watching our clients leave happy." In her personal time she loves spending time with family, friends, gardening, cooking, movies, running, hiking and quadding. But most of all having some R&R time at their lake lot.
Sean McKenzie, Service Technician
Sean has worked in the automotive industry for 15 years and has been a journeyman technician for 11 of those years. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys photography as a hobby.
Ben Jolly, Service Technician
Ben Jolly started at Access Automotive in March of 2016. He has 17 years experience in the trade and is a Red Seal Automotive Service Technician. He has multiple certificates in the Automotive Trade and welcomes all training. He enjoys driving (and working on) his 1956 International. He also enjoys spending time with his family.
Doane Dewitt, Service Technician
Doane started working at Access Auto in August of 2014. He moved here from Carman, Manitoba with his family in 2014. He graduated with Honors (97%) from Automotive Technician High School program. He completed the Apprenticeship of Motor Vehicle Mechanic in January of 1991 where he received the Certificate for Licensed Automotive Technician and (Red Seal) in Ontario. He moved to Manitoba in 1992 and started his own independent Automotive repair business which he operated with his wife for 19 years. Doane has many hobbies such as repairing garden and antique tractors and going to the race track. He is happily married for 15 years and raising 5 children in their Christian home.
Mitch Lien, Service Advisor
Mitch has been a service advisor since 2018. He grew up with a passion for the automotive industry because of his father, and grandfather who was a mechanic and automotive service manager for over 40 years. His favourite vehicle makes are Ford (and Lincoln). In his spare time, he likes to watch the Oilers, work on cars, small engines, and barbecue/smoke meats.
Chance Harvie, Service Advisor
Josh joined our team in November as a 1st year apprentice technician. His commitment and obsession to become a top automotive technician is second to none. His integrity and reliability are only exceeded by his passion to learn.
Josh was born in Saint Stephen, New Brunswick but loves the culture of Edmonton and has been living here since 2013 with his wife and one son Elliott. He enjoys spending his free time Bow Hunting for Moose and Deer and is an avid fan of Nascar Racing.
